When you’re dealing with nausea and vomiting you may hear about all kinds of remedies and wonder if they work or not.  How about a relief band – morning sickness remedy or yet another product to waste your money?  Find out what they are and how they are supposed to work and then decide for yourself.

A relief band is a special acupressure device that looks like a bracelet.  It has a small protrusion that that is supposed to be applied to a special spot on the wrist.  Applying pressure to this spot will help to reduce nausea associated with both motion sickness and morning sickness.
